HS Math Email Phone: 608-994-2715 Hi! I am so happy to join the staff at River Ridge this year (2015). Previous to joining this great school district, I taught for a number of years in Tama, Iowa and before that, at Richland Center.
My teaching certification is 7 - 12 Mathematics. This year I am teaching Pre-Algebra, Consumer Math, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus. I hope to interest students in joining a mathematics club and competing in math competitions in the area.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with endorsements to teach business and middle school general education from Upper Iowa University in Fayette, IA. I also have Master's of Science degrees in Education - Professional Development and Distance Education Leadership from the University of Wisconsin.
My hobbies include reading, macrame, and working in my yard. I have a passion for cats, caring for any stray that wanders my way! Some call me a crazy cat lady.
