Elementary General Music Email Meet Diane Malcom, our vibrant Elementary Music teacher! Diane brings her passion for music education to our River Ridge school community. She is a proud alumna of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Before joining our team, Diane shared her musical talents at the Prairie du Chien and Wauzeka school districts. Singing songs with her students is her favorite part of the job while fostering a love for music in young hearts.
Diane enjoys the simple classics when it comes to her taste buds: grilled cheese with tomato soup or treating herself to a slice of chocolate cake. She also finds comfort in the great outdoors, often embarking on hiking adventures.
Diane's top picks include the color blue, the timeless novel "To Kill A Mockingbird," and the inspiring film "Seabiscuit." Interestingly, in her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at a museum and also owns a bookstore. As she continues to inspire our students, Diane shares that River Ridge holds a special place in her heart, making it her favorite school.
