MS/HS Spanish Email Phone: 608-994-2715 ext. 115 Lindsey Ariss, our dedicated 9-12 Spanish and ESL Testing Coordinator brings a wealth of experience and passion to our school community. Graduating from Prairie du Chien High School and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Lindsey has a solid educational background. Before joining us, she spent one year at Lancaster Community Schools teaching 9-12 Spanish, followed by three years at Prairie du Chien School District teaching 5-12 Spanish. Lindsey finds immense joy in sharing her love for the Spanish language with her students, and she appreciates the ever-changing nature of her role where no two days are alike. Outside of work, Lindsey embraces the outdoors, indulging in activities like hiking and spending time on the river. She cherishes family time with her parents, two older sisters, and six nieces and nephews. A recent hobby includes crafting clay earrings as a form of creative expression. When it comes to her favorites, Lindsey enjoys savoring a juicy steak and indulging in ice cream. While volleyball is her favorite sport to play, she loves to unwind by watching football games. Among other favorites are the color purple, the book series of “Harry Potter” and the movie "Bridesmaids.” One fascinating fact about Lindsey is her talent for juggling. With her lively spirit and diverse interests, Lindsey Ariss is a valued member of our team, enriching both our academic environment and community.
